What is Abren Real-estate Development?

Abren real-estate development is a real-estate development project which tends to focus on gaining profits from building and selling residential houses. It recruits individuals with no capacity of owning a house for themselves, provide an insurance for family or lack initial investment to other business. It provides a source of income with increasing rate of current money value.


The idea was initiated due to the unbalanced income to expense ratio in Ethiopia. The unpredictable money value dropping at an increasing rate with the price upsurge everyday has left the middle and lower class to face difficult obstacles. This has caused the middle and low-income citizens unable to live a proper life, unable to cope up with money fluctuation and especially own housing facilities. Therefore, Abren construction provides a platform for these citizens to invest a onetime investment that would gradually grow to own residential houses, capitals for other business investments, grow capital by setting it to assets rather than putting it in the bank, payoff any debts required and so much more. The real-estate development will be constructing residential projects and selling it to clients. The money inquired from the sales will be reinvested in other residential projects again and again till the investor is willing to withdraw due to meeting their satisfactory needs.
